After ordering your Custom Drum Skin from RockStarSkins,
please email your artwork to scott@rockstarskins.com including your order number.
We will also send you a visual to approve before we print.
Standard Turnaround is 7-10 working days. We can be quicker in some cases; if you have a deadline, just ask, and we will see what we can do!
Please note international orders can take longer, there might also be additional local customs
charge that you might need to pay.

If you can send artwork in the highest resolution possible, that is much better for us. We accept all file types, including JPEG, PSD, EPS, TIFF, AI, and PDF. Set at full size of the drumskin artwork, 300dpi, is great, thanks. We can accept services like Dropbox or WeTransfer, etc.

Returns Policy
As we produce custom items, we only accept returns of defective products within 30 days of purchase. If you have any issues with a product you purchased from us, please contact scott@rockstarskins.com to initiate the return process.
